Use of this website and these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any claim relating to use of the website shall be heard by Singapore Courts.

A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions.
