Local Orders

For purchases of SGD80 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge via Singapore PostRegistered Mail. Please allow 4 - 7 working days for delivery.

For purchases less than SGD80, mode of delivery will be via Registered Mail, available at a flat rate of SGD6.00 island wide. Please allow for 4 - 7 working days for delivery.

International Orders

For countries where it is possible for us to send through Singapore Post, we offer International shipping via Singapore Post Registered Mail at a flat rate of SGD15. Please allow 7 - 28 working days for delivery. If Shipping by Singapore Post Registered Mail is not available or suspended, we will contact you to discuss about paying for more expensive delivery or a refund.

Return Policy

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers). All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.

Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original tag still intact.  The jar must not have been opened and the contents must not have been used.

Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can only be returned online.

Note: All returns are final.
